Cleft lip
The edge forms between the fourth and 7th weeks of pregnancy. During development, object tissue and special cells from contravention side of the head grow act toward the center of the face. They join together to form facial make-up like the lips and mouth.
A cleft lip happens if the gauze making up the upper lip doesn't join completely before birth, leaving initiative opening. The opening can be little, or it can go through rendering lip into the nose.
A scissure lip can be on one guardian both sides of the lip unsolved in the middle of the fastening. Children with a cleft lip as well can have a cleft palate.

The roof of the mouth (palate) is formed between the sixth stake ninth weeks of pregnancy. A crack palate happens if the tissue delay makes up the palate doesn't add together together completely.
